Everything we sell is a downloadable file. There is no shipping involved, and orders are usually fulfilled and ready for downloading within a few hours of purchase. Files are delivered by E-Junkie, who will send you an e-mail containing your download links within moments of a successful purchase.

Why does the cart ask for your shipping country and postal/ZIP code?
Ebbles Miniatures is a registered sole proprietorship in the state of Texas. Texas requires a sales tax of 8.25% to be collected by Texas businesses from customers who live in Texas, even for digital downloads. The cart asks for that information in order to determine whether or not sales tax needs to be added to the order. If you do not live in Texas, you will not be charged sales tax.

File Formats
All of our products are in Adobe PDF format, and require a current version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open.

Product Usage
Our products are intended to be downloaded and printed out, either at home or at your local printer/copier shop.

Payment Details
We are the sole distributor of Ebbles Miniatures card models, and all payment details are handled safely and responsibly by our authorized retailers, 2Checkout.com or PayPal on their secure servers.

Downloading Your Files
When you successfully complete a purchase, you should receive an email from E-Junkie containing your download links shortly afterwards. Please do not use any download acceleration software while downloading, as problems may occur with the downloading process.

Refund Policy
Because our products are sold exclusively in electronic format (PDF and Adobe Photoshop PSD formats), and downloadable goods cannot be returned in the same way that physical goods can, all transactions are final and cannot be refunded.
